These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of Impose's print preparation and bookbinding services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Impose provides tools for preparing documents for print, including PDF imposition for booklet printing, photo book creation with customizable layouts, signature layout for bookbinding, and print-ready export options. Our service is provided free of charge.
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to: upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our service, use our service for any unlawful purpose, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Impose is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future with advance notice.
Our service is free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, pricing will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.
You retain all rights to documents and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it as part of our service. We retain rights to our technology, software, and service infrastructure. Processed documents are provided for your personal and commercial use.
Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: quality of original uploaded documents, results not meeting subjective expectations, technical issues or service interruptions, any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your projects and uploaded files will be permanently removed. Contact info@impose.app if you need assistance.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will retain data as described in our Privacy Policy after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain rights under local consumer protection laws.
